Eveline Muhmenthaler has been with Viavanta since its founding and has played an active role in the company’s development from the very beginning. Experienced in executive search, she combines her expertise in identifying and selecting senior leaders with a strong focus on Future Readiness and the skills leaders need to guide their organizations successfully into the future.
Monika Vogt joined Viavanta a year ago. She brings numerous years of experience in executive search and is responsible for developing our Market Intelligence capabilities. The aim is to make greater use of in-depth market knowledge and structured analysis in executive search mandates and strategic leadership decisions.
For Thomas Suter and Thomas Muhmenthaler, expanding the partner team marks an important step. Having led Viavanta together for many years, they will now share entrepreneurial responsibility with a broader team. At the same time, this creates a strong foundation for Viavanta’s continued development and further strengthens collaboration within the international Kestria network.
