Bringing people together and helping companies to successfully continue their journey into the future with new employees – that is our mission. We approach projects with great dedication and are absolutely committed to taking on our partners’ “problems” as if they were our own. History. Name.
Viavanta. Inspired by the Romansh language and the things that are important to us, our new brand name, VIAVANTA, was launched in 2018. With our partners, we are on a pathway or “VIA” and moving forwards, “INAVANT”. Even the word fortune or “VANTÜRA” is included in the name. As we move forwards along our pathway, we bring along what has proven to be successful in the past: our experience, insider knowledge, and a tried-and-tested approach that we have been using to support our partners for years. ​

We are convinced that 1 plus 1 equals at least 3. There will always be at least two of us when we tackle a project. In this way, we can work at the necessary speed and employ a systematic and holistic approach when dealing with the candidate market and all its complexities.
