Please describe what you do at Viavanta in one sentence.
I'm responsible for market intelligence and support the team in finding the right candidates for our projects.
How would your friends describe you?
As a very positive person who is always in a good mood.
What gives you energy in your everyday life?
Good music, my family, friends and my dog Nino đ.
Do you have a passion or hobby that you've had for a long time?
I love cooking and am always trying out new recipes!
What is your favourite season?
Spring. I love it when nature starts to bloom again and the sun warms up.
Is there a travel destination or place you keep returning to â or that you would definitely like to visit?
I love the mountains, especially Lech am Arlberg, and I keep going back there. In the future, I want to explore the Swiss Alps further.
Which characteristic is particularly beneficial to you in your job?
I am quite resilient and don't let myself get discouraged.
How did you originally get into the world of recruitment?
I got into HR consulting through a student job and had no idea what to expect at the time.
Was there an encounter or project in your career that had a particular impact on you?
Last year, I recruited two board members for a bank in Germany and was able to accompany the entire process, from the initial approach to the joint vote with the supervisory board. That was really cool!
Who or what led you to Viavanta?
Thomas and Mumi got the ball rolling â ultimately, it was the team and the spirit that won me over.
What convinced you to join Viavanta?
The vision of working together to provide exceptional HR consulting, pulling in the same direction and really making a difference as partners.
How would you like to contribute your experience to the management team?
I want to combine what I've learned from almost ten years of HR consulting with the power of Viavanta. Together, we can rethink executive search.
