Before joining VIAVANTA as a Consultant, Linda gained extensive experience in international working environments and supported clients across various industries. She now draws on this global perspective to manage projects throughout the entire recruitment and search process – from market analysis and candidate outreach to successful placement.
Prior to moving into IT consulting, Linda worked in personnel development and gained insights into organisational structures, employee development and talent management. In IT consulting with a focus on recruitment, she deepened her understanding of how companies and talent come together successfully in a technology-driven environment.
Linda holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology. Her areas of focus include strategic talent acquisition and the analysis of team and organisational cultures. Her understanding of motivation, decision-making processes and organisational dynamics enables her to assess requirements with precision. Linda combines a structured approach with an empathetic mindset.
In her free time, Linda enjoys travelling, practising yoga and reading to gain new inspiration. This curiosity, calmness and openness also shape her professional attitude.
